I have been eagerly awaiting this recipe since I found it online last week and here they are:

Super easy to make and next time I will prepare the mixture and patties ahead of time to make for an even easier weeknight meal. I am sure your friends will be wowed, I was!
*Serve over a few thinly slice potatoes (baked with salt and garlic powder for about 25-30 minutes, prepare and cook while the patties are chilling), a couple baby spinach leaves and a drizzle of:
Sriracha Vegan Mayo Caper Sauce:
1 cup vegan mayo
3 tablespoons of Tamari
3 tablespoons of capers
Drizzle the sriracha to your spice level
Add all ingredients in a bowl and whip rapidly with a fork until smooth.
Serve on top or on the side to dip and enjoy.
