It’s a good day to be a New Yorker, a vegan creperie has opened in Williamsburg Brooklyn and I couldn’t be more excited. Little Choc Apothecary is the most adorable little storefront in the heart of Williamsburg that not only serves vegan, gluten free crepes, but baked goodies, coffees, teas and fresh juice. I mean, should I just move in?
I visited Little Choc after work recently after seeing it on The Gothamist and soon after on the VegNews Facebook page. I went around 4 pm and had the place to myself, it has only been opened two days and I am convinced this will be the last time I will have the place to myself. I know it will soon be packed with locals and visitors alike coming to share in not only delicious food, but nourishment that supports Julia’s commitment to organic food that supports local farmers, while reducing our carbon footprint with real ingredients.
I had the mushroom and spinach crepe, coffee and got a green juice to go. I just can’t wait to try all the flavors, treats, juices and teas. This visit was the first of many.
The design is clean, delicate and beautiful. From the creative menus to the local artists,
Little Choc’s friendly and welcoming staff offer delicious food, clean juices, strong coffee and treats that you can gaze at all day.
Whether you are a coffee or tea drinker, sweet or savory, this place has it all. I am already planning my next visit! Whatever you are doing this weekend, you need to get in on this deliciousness!
