Green goddess dressings are so creamy and delicious and I have been excited to experiment and make my own.
The a little of this, a little of that experiment turned out so delicious that I couldn’t wait to share!
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
Splash of water
1/4 cup olive oil
Small handful of fresh basil leaves, preferably from your own garden
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients into a mini chop or food processor and blend until smooth
Adjust liquid ingredients until smooth and creamy
Ways to serve this dressing are endless. Most recently I made this with my cousin and we had it over a kale salad along with hearts of palm crab cakes, but we also ate a few spoonfuls by itself, so there is that!
