I love Old Bay and use it to spice roasted potatoes about once a week.
Not only are they super easy to prepare, but they bring just the right amount of heat paired with a savory balance of spices to make for the perfect side dish.
5 medium red potatoes
Good shake of Old Bay
Good drizzle of olive oil
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
Chop the potatoes into bite sized pieces
Add to a baking dish
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay
Bake for 30 minutes
Check on the spuds and if needed cook for another 10 minutes until crispy
