1 bunch of kale
3-4 Tablespoons of olive oil
Sprinkle of salt
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Tear the kale into bite sized pieces, bigger than you think, they will shrink in the oven
Place on a baking tray, drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt
Massage, yes, kale likes to be massaged, to coat all leaves
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until crispy
