Overnight Pumpkin Spice Oats

3/4 cup quick oats
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon of Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Almond Creamer
1 apple
A sprinkle or ten of pumpkin spice
2 cinnamon sticks

Slice the apple into bite sized pieces
Sauté in shallow water, add the cinnamon sticks and pumpkin spice seasoning
Cook until the water evaporates, adding more until the apples are soft and seasoning brown and sticky
Add the oats to a jar or Tupperware that you will want to eat out of the next day
Pour over the milk, add the creamer and stir well
Set cinnamon sticks aside and add in the apple pieces
Stir and let cool
Add the lid and set in the fridge overnight
Enjoy your breakfast on the go!
