Cashew ‘Parmesan’

This is one of my favorite recipes because it is so versatile and brings a savory depth to any dish. Make a big batch and store in a large jar to sprinkle on everything! My favorite at the moment is on avocado toast, but also great in soups, salads, pastas, pizzas, curry, pretty much everything.

Ingredients:*double or triple according to how large a jar you have!
2 cups of raw cashews
1 cups of nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon of onion power
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
Good sprinkle of pink salt

Method:
Add everything to a food processor and pulse until a fine (ish) powder
Store in a glass jar and use everyday!
