1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cubes of frozen basil, or fresh, finely chopped, if the season allows
1 head of cauliflower
Large handful of your favorite green, arugula, kale, spinach or anything, roughly chopped
Salt to taste
Trim the cauliflower and break into florets
Place in a food processor and pulse until the ‘rice’ texture is formed, set aside
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and onion
Sauté until translucent and the flavor smells amazing
Add the cauliflower rice and stir well
Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until all flavors are combined
Add the herbs or greens and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Serve along side a stir fry, with a curry or…..
