Cauliflower Wings (Weeknight Edition!)

Cauliflower ‘wings’ are all the rage right now and I have made cauliflower buffalo wings before, but tonight was in search of an easy version I like to call the weeknight edition. I strayed from the traditional assembly line of wet ingredients followed by dry and came up with this recipe:

1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup almond milk
Gluten free flour to coat
Sprinkle of garlic and onion powder
Dash of turmeric
Dusting of paprika
Generous amount of salt

Pre heat the oven to 400 F
Cut off the stems and leaves from the cauliflower and save for compost
Separate the head of cauliflower into bite sized florets
Place in a medium mixing bowl
Pour over the almond milk and drain
Coat the florets with the gf flour
Combine all the rest of the spices and mix well, generously adding salt and tossing
Place on a greased baking tray
Bake for 15-20 minutes, tossing once
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
