Whether it is National French Fry Day or just a day, you should probably make fries.
Here is to easy, healthy (ier) fries.
5 medium potatoes
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Salt to taste
Slice the potatoes into fry shapes
Place on a baking tray
Drizzle with oil and salt and mix well with clean hands
Add a spice of your choice if desired
Bake for 30 minutes and then flip, bake for 10-15 more minutes or until crispy and soft
