I love peanut satay, but every recipe I have seen can be a little involved, I made this one easy:
1 cup your favorite nut butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
1 clove of garlic
Squeeze of sriracha
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, taste accordingly and spice to your liking.
Pour over your favorite rice noodles and top with raw veggies for a nice crunch and added nutrients!
